Winterhair

For those who colour their hair, when winter comes along you may find yourself with dry, stressed hair from the sun and surf you’ve been basking in all summer. Here, Ali from Wild Life SoGo shares her favourite winter tones and we compliment them with looks right off the Autumn/Winter 2014 runways: "We tend to go for richer, warmer tones in winter to add shine to hair and to give it a little rest before we lighten it again and torture it (!!) under the elements of the next summer.

BeigeBlonde

"If you’re a cooler blonde, we like to go for more beige-blondes during the wintertime (a cool warm - a total oxymoron!):

L to R: Rag & Bone; Christopher Kane, Alexander Wang.

Chocolate

"For darker tones we like to go for chocolates...

L to R: Isabel Marant; Louis Vuitton; Chloé.

Golden

"For warm blondes we pump it up to gold:

L to R: Versace; Isabel Marant; Christian Dior.

Red

"And to brighten up a long, drab winter, there is always copper and red. This is a classic colour to go to in the cold winter."

L to R: Tom Ford; Saint Laurent; Louis Vuitton.
