WILD LIFE CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES
Clients are charged 25% fee for not showing up.
Clients are charged 25% fee for late cancellations under 24 hours notice. Clients automatically get charged when cancelling online themselves.
Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead of appointment, otherwise you will be charged 25% of the service price for late cancellation or 25% for not showing up.
*Appointment reminders are delivered to clients with appointments 48 hours prior to appointment via email and text message.
WILDLIFE X SUSTAINABLE SALONS FONZARELLI ARTHUR 2 FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is: WILD LIFE HAIRDRESSING PTY LTD
The above mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
2. Employees of the Promoter shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. The prize includes 1 (one) Fonzarelli Arthur 2 Electric Scooter
4. Closing date for entry will be 30th June 2023, 11:59PM AEST. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The rules of the competition are as follows:
• The entrant must book an appointment at Wild Life Origin
• The entrant must attend and pay for the made appointment.
• The entrant must be based in Australia and/or New Zealand and aged 18+
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. Winner will be announced within 48-hours of acceptance of the prize.
11. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Home colour pack liabilities and terms and conditions;
I acknowledge and confirm the following waiver form when purchasing a colour pack:
I confirm that Wild Life Hairdressing PTY LTD will not be responsible or liable if the result of the home colour pack is not as expected as it should be.
I confirm that any reaction or skin irritation, Wild Life Hairdressing PTY LTD is not responsible or liable.
I confirm that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups that the salon recommend in maintaining and treating my hair.
I will follow the given instructions that Wild Life Hairdressing PTY LTD provided to apply my colour and use necessary care when using chemicals as part of the hair colour pack.
I understand that the result of this service may vary from one person to another and should only be used by named person on this agreement.
I agree that Wild Life Hairdressing PTY LTD is not responsible for any damage cause to hair or skin and/or any personal belongings and/or items that may be damaged due to using home colour pack.
I consent that I am solely responsible for the result of my hair.
I confirm that children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use product for safety reasons.
I acknowledge that the Salon employees are licensed professionals and your result might differ to that when colouring your hair at home.
I have read this whole document and I accept the terms indicated above.
LOCKDOWN LEGEND GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
1. The promoter is: Wildlife Hairdressing PTY LTD whose registered office is at 1/20 ALFRED STREET SOUTH, Milson’s Point, NSW 2061
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
